We specialise in premium footwear storage boxes and sneaker display solutions, the sort of thing we wanted for our own sneaker collection.

Where are you located?

Krate&Co started out in Liverpool, UK back in 2014.

At the end of 2017 we moved to Chester, UK.

We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

We also accept payments through Paypal and Apple Pay.

Why haven't I received my order?

Our typical order processing times are listed on our delivery page.

At the time of despatch from our warehouse you will receive an order despatch email along with the courier tracking number for your order.

If for whatever reason you did not receive your order, please contact us through our contact form and we will contact our courier.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Krate&Co.

Items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Should you wish to return an item, please provide us with the proof of postage.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake or an item arrived defective, get in touch via our contact form and we’ll look to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

I want to sell Krate&Co products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website.

We work with a select number of retailers where we believe our products are well represented and there is a good fit between the brands.
